Key Responsibilities

• Maximising all revenue opportunities with your selected clients.
• Ensuring after-sales follow up is initiated to achieve repeat business targets.
• Selling all products in all environments and to be an expert on existing and any new formats.
• Matching and over achieving all revenue and KPI targets.
• Working closely with other teams in the company to ensure smooth communication at all times.

Skills Required

• A media sales background with an excellent track record of selling to clients/agencies.
• A driven personality that is motivated to exceed all targets.
• The ability to develop new business and continue the client’s spend.
• Solid business acumen and flair to spot commercial opportunities.
• A Team player with the initiative to work on their own.

On-going responsibilities will include

• Forecasting and agreeing sales targets, annually.
• Delivering media sales for each campaign period as targeted.
• Identifying and developing new revenue opportunities.
• Using industry and bespoke research to enhance sales performance.
• Developing a broad knowledge of the primary market.
• Attending industry/sector events.
• Maintaining and developing agency, specialist and client relationships.
• Maintaining an in-house contact database.
• Increasing yields year-on-year.
• Liaising with Area Managers (operations).
