North East Worcestershire College are launching an Advan marketing campaign with Transport Media this August, reaching out to new 2013 and 2014 students. A mobile Advan will be present through Birmingham from the 28th to 30th August, generating regional awareness for NEW College and promoting upcoming open day events.
A vibrant pattern of colourful shapes is used as the backdrop for the two featured adverts, overlain with white boxes that display various informative items. The strapline ‘a lively, modern, safe and friendly place to study’ and the NEW College logo are included in both creatives, along with web and telephone contact details. The first artwork engages with forthcoming students with the statement ‘places still available for September’, while the second presents details of three open days between November 2013 and April 2014.
Based in Redditch and with an additional campus in Bromsgrove, NEW College is a pioneering educational facility for students aged 16 and over, covering college and university level study and also offering apprenticeships and an array of part time courses. Using the outdoor medium of Advan marketing, the college will transport its message through surrounding communities, gaining exposure amongst school leavers in time for the pending academic year in addition to those preparing to select a place of study for September 2014. By targeting the neighbouring city of Birmingham, NEW College will have access to the largest population outside London and thus gain exposure across catchment areas shared with competitors.
